The Company operates on a reasonable endeavours basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Governance
This policy is reviewed periodically.
6. Limitation & Hierarchy
Nothing in this policy creates additional liability beyond the Company’s Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions shall prevail in the event of conflict.
