1. Purpose
To ensure that records are managed consistently, securely, and efficiently.
2. Scope
Applies to all Company records, including digital and physical documents.
3. Record Management
The Company shall:

Restrict access to authorised personnel
4. Document Control

Documents shall be managed in a controlled and organised manner

Updates shall be applied consistently
5. Retention
Records shall be retained in accordance with the Company’s Data Retention Policy.
6. Limitation & Hierarchy
This policy shall be read alongside the Company’s Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
